About the Thomas and Mack PBR World Finals

The format of the World Finals includes eight rounds of competition. The first seven rounds feature the top 45 riders randomly matched against the sport's toughest bulls . The top 15 riders who attain the highest total score after the first seven rounds qualify for the final round of competition, which is conducted during the second half of the final performance on Sunday, Nov. 6th.

The rider with the highest total score on eight bulls determines the PBR World Finals winner - garnering the rider a bonus of more than $225,000.

The PBR World Finals event winner is not to be confused with the PBR World Champion! The 2005 PBR World Champion will be determined by the rider who accrued the most BFTS points throughout the entire regular season.
